College football rankings after week 6

Welcome to the MVP Chase, where I look for, or chase, the best objective criteria in determining greatness without personal subjective bias.

Today's Topic: College football rankings after week 6

Here is my college football ranking for the games played after Week 6. The system is a simplified +/- point system based on margins of victories, controlling for runaway scores. Victories against (lower division) FCS teams are not rewarded at all, while losses to FCS teams are punished.
