LESSON 116

I keep coming back to Robert Ringer's definition of happiness: feelin' good.

No regrets, no grievances, no worries, no suffering. What does forgiveness accomplish? It restores a sense of well-being. It makes us feel good. So does knowledge of salvation.

Why do we pray for the health or prosperity of others? Ultimately, so that their pain and worries disappear and they feel good. We pray for their happiness.

God's will for us is our own will for us.
