What would be a more successful endeavor: finding a "moderate" among Syrian rebels, or finding the Loch Ness Monster?

"Congress, at the very least, needs to perform its basic, Constitutional responsibilities – and should do much more." To do ANY more than the Constitutional responsibilities is... unconstitutional..

When the public school and our heroes in law enforcement don't have a freakin' clue what the First Amendment is.
Police have cited a Papillion-La Vista South junior for disturbing the peace in connection with an investigation of the creepy clown craze.
Pictures taken on metro area campuses like Papillion-La Vista South and Millard South were photoshopped to look like creepy clowns were at the schools.
The Papillion-La Vista School District told our sister station WOWT 6 News earlier that their student would face some form of punishment.
The police citation followed.
