What We Tolerate in a Democracy

In the United States of America, up to 240 million people are unhappy because of the votes of 70 million.

And yet, we think it is "fair" that Obama and a majority Congress, all elected by less than a quarter of the population, have the right to run roughshod over our rights, steal our wealth, and undermine our national security by waging wars against countries that didn't attack us.
