Over-Officious Jerk

The choice was to repeat former Buffalo Bills head coach Marv Levy's famous NFL Films condemnation of a football referee he disagreed with, or to call Bush's speech "Hitlerific!" But the President, lacking even the barest communications skills aside from the ability to read and speak from cue cards, does not captivate crowds like Hitler did. For that reason, I will ascribe to him the traditional, Presidential contempt for the Constitution and our liberties. Too incompetent to rise to Hitler's level, and too stupid to actually understand the very Constitution he's supposed to defend, Bush is what every goverment bureaucrat is: an over-officious jerk.
