This is my response to the "Ford vs. Wal-Mart" article in Sojourners alluded to a few posts ago. Anderson addressed mainly economic issues, whereas I emphasize the political. I did send some modifications to Lew Rockwell in light of reading Anderson's piece, but this appears to be the unmodified original. One correction is that the $5 a day wage was started by Ford in 1914, not 1905.

ReplyDeleteI just read your article on Lew Rockwell, and I've started reading your blog. Speaking as a former liberal who has transitioned (or maybe still transitioning) into libertarianism I certainly agree that you can find common ground with the left. The destination is the same, it's only the route that people disagree on.
