Karen de Coster wrote at the Lew Rockwell blog that all of the reader reviews (including her own) for James Bovard's Terrorism and Tyranny: Trampling Freedom, Justice, and Peace to Rid the World of Evil were taken off the page. Also, the book has no sales rank.
I don't know why Amazon would censor all reader reviews unless pressured to do so by the government.
