The Tag Business Again

Wally Conger has tagged me in the latest of a series of chain-posts: “Memes of Fours.” Here we go:

Four jobs I’ve had

1. cafeteria server
2. secretary
3. warehouse manager
4. library circulation supervisor

Four movies I can watch over and over

1. The Fugitive
2. Jaws
3. The Sting
4. Pulp Fiction

Four places I’ve lived

1. Ceresco, NE
2. Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
3. Marinette, WI
4. Chicago, IL

Four (screw it...FIVE) TV shows I love [the fifth slot was Wally's addition)

1. Scrubs
2. Numb3rs
3. The Office
4. Lost
5. As Time Goes By

Four highly regarded and recommended TV shows I haven’t seen (much of)

1. The West Wing
2. Sex and the City
3. NYPD Blue
4. Will and Grace

Four places I’ve vacationed

1. Waukesha, WI
2. southern Utah
3. Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan
4. Omaha

Four of my favorite dishes

1. steak & eggs
2. mother's pork chops & rice
3. tater tot casserole
4. roast beef & mashed potatoes

Four sites I visit daily

1. LewRockwell.com
2. Antiwar.com
3. Progress.org
4. PartialObserver.com

Four places I’d rather be right now:

1. Someplace warm and scenic. I'm not picky.
2. A big foreign city with lots to do and see both night and day, and where they speak or at least understand English. I'm not picky.
3. The Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney have each been touring recently. Are they still? If so, wherever either one is performing. I'm not picky. Wait, scratch that. Are Mariah Carey or Jessica Simpson touring? Are there backstage passes? Again, either one. I'm not picky.
4. Scouring the remaining Loompanics inventory in person, doing my best to gouge the owner.

Four new bloggers I’m tagging:

Oh, I don't know. This is always the most uncomfortable part of this tagging business, especially if they've already done it on a couple days I missed their blogs, or if they themselves have run out of people to tag. So they are under no obligation, and probably never watch television anyway. But if they want:

1. Steve Scott
2. Dr. Lenny
3. Mike Tuggle
4. Logan Ferree (because if at his age he's actually had four jobs and lived four places, that's impressive!)

UPDATE: As explained here, I'm adding this:

Four Albums I Can't Live Without (Except, there are six)

1. Sticky Fingers - The Rolling Stones
2. Who's Next - The Who
3. Pet Sounds - The Beach Boys
4. Help! - The Beatles
5. Led Zeppelin III
6. Every Picture Tells a Story - Rod Stewart

1 comment:

  1. Dr. Lenny and I both tagged Vache Folle... who is on vacation.
