Best news I've seen in a while.
The government has painted itself into a corner. It has three options: pulling out of Iraq (effectively shutting down the White House-run World Empire), the draft, or heavy recruitment of foreign mercenaries.
Each option is a sign that the World Empire is coming to an end.
