Vindication, Baby! He told you so.

The case for the war on Iraq was laid to waste by Jude Wanniski on January 28, 2003, about seven weeks before our attacks. Clicking the heading of this post takes you to the answers. Wanniski is a free-market writer and private business consultant. More than journalists and government intelligence workers, he had less reason to get the facts wrong, because he was dealing with business outcomes.

I was derailed somewhat by what I thought was the credibility of Colin Powell and his testimony to the UN in February of that year, but was never totally convinced the war was a good idea and thought that invasion would be a quagmire.
