Nick Saban, Brett Kavanaugh, and the Maine boycott

My latest at Medium. Excerpt:

Alabama as a “brand” would have been tarnished with a Moore victory and there would have been calls to boycott the State and anything or anyone associated with it. I do believe the legendary football coach Nick Saban would have been questioned about being the most famous ambassador of a state that endorsed Moore. 

That is all a “what-if” now, but I believe I called it correctly. After all, there are now calls to boycott Maine because one of its Senators, Susan Collins, voted to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.
