How Law is Separate from Land

Richard C.B. Johnsson demonstrates that law was not always a question of location. The post-1648 State system isn't the only one out there. As Bush is leading the United States on a course of suicide, and as our lands become increasingly multi-ethnic, perhaps one way to solve our dilemmas is to acknowledge different sets of laws for different people.
