Russell B. Gerrard, in a letter to the October Liberty magazine, noted a remark by Ari Armstrong of the Sept issue of the magazine called "Urination Nation" about school drug testing. Gerrard suggests it should become a law, kind of like Murphy's law or the Peter Principle. So I will promote it here:

A new example is found in the 5/12/08 Weekly Standard. 'The Silent Scream of the Asparagus' talks about plant rights, which are in the Swiss Constitution and is being increasingly advocated by some enviros. I'm listening to an interview of the author as I write.
